FractionAIR Parts sells used aircraft parts that are tested and inspected before being listed for sale. All parts are sold as-is, without any certification or warranty. While some parts may come from certified aircraft, they are sold in their dismantled condition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the part meets their needs before purchasing.

• Products requiring freight shipping are non-refundable.
Electrical components are non-refundable, unless declared unserviceable by a certified mechanic.
• Products sold as cores are non-refundable.

Order Process

• FractionAIR Parts reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability.

Payment

• Prices are in USD or CAD (as applicable) and do not include taxes or shipping fees, which will be added at checkout.

Shipping

International buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
